How long does shipping take within Egypt?
We deliver to Cairo and Giza within 2-3 business days. For other governorates, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments may not be eligible for return.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for all orders across Egypt. You can also pay securely online using your credit or debit card.
How do I know which size to choose?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Snuggs Egypt only ships within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.

We maintain strict quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours for a free replacement.
